Process Support Technical Administrator @Diageo
Diageo is the world\'s leading premium drinks business with an outstanding collection of beverage alcohol brands across spirits, beer and wine. Currently being trained in Process Support specialism Efficiency, my duties include setting weekly PSY targets, compiling weekly efficiency charts, completing weekly phase reports and assisting with trend analysis for each of the 28 Distilleries currently managed by the group. I also compile monthly KPI reports for Efficiency, Quality, Dark Grains & Energy & attend sites regularly with the team to assist with performance monitoring, providing help & support to the Distilleries, allowing them to maximise efficiency whilst ensuring quality remains uncompromised. I Provide administrative support to all teams within the Process Support Department including Quality, Efficiency, Malting\'s & the Laboratories when required giving me exposure to various areas of the business.I am enjoying my role at Diageo and look forward to the opportunities that may arise working for such a well established and successful Business. I would like to undertake qualifications during my time at Diageo including GCD in Distilling which will hopefully allow me to progress to the Diploma in Malt Distilling - both worldwide recognised qualifications and successful completion of these may open various doors within the industry.
