I currently oversee all operations of the Distribution Center to include all inbound and outbound activity. I work with all departments on a daily basis to include the engineers, sales department, satellite sales people, purchasing, finance, quality control, repairs and graphics. I am also responsible for all interior and exterior maintenance including the nightly cleaning crew.Consolidated JS Products from two buildings into one and moved JS Products to a new location. Designed the Distribution Center, purchased taller racking, created narrow aisles, utilized a wire guide system and swing trucks to gain 40% more pallet locations.
