As the Superintendent of the Northwest Ohio Educational Service Center (NwOESC) for over 10 years, Kerri Weir oversees the delivery of curriculum supports and specialized services to 23 public school districts in four counties. With a Master of Education in Educational Administration and Supervision, Kerri has extensive experience and expertise in leading complex systems and engaging diverse stakeholders. Kerri\'s mission is to provide innovative and cost-efficient solutions for the educational needs of the districts and their students, especially those who are struggling or have disabilities. She leads a team of 400+ staff who pride themselves on quality services and valued partnerships. Kerri is also an active member of several professional and community organizations, where she advocates for leadership, collaboration, and suicide prevention.
