ABOUT KERRI SPROSON
Experienced in strategic thinking, analytics and research and development within financial services.Primarily responsible for; driving and supporting development of new strategies and innovation supported by a strategic framework; and spanning multiple business functions. I provide leadership capability in oversight and development of the Corporate Plan, including business outcomes, KPI setting and tracking those through a connected execution framework. With a strong background in financial services I have worked with trade and regulatory bodies, mortgage servicing, building societies and third party providers.Reporting into ExCo level, I am a strong communicator (both verbally and written) with excellent stakeholder management. I am passionate at driving initiatives and strategic analysis through to a correct and well executed end result, including designing and implementing end to end strategy to execution frameworks.I am confident in using data, analytics and insight and bringing challenging perspectives to drive expansive thinking and set roadmaps into the future. Leading teams of people to the end result. I am a busy mum of one, working flexibly to balance the needs of two full time jobs. Getting outdoors, recharging and family time is important to me alongside enjoying my role and being part of a brilliant collaborative team.
