ABOUT KERRI SINGER

As a VP at Allspring Global Investments, I leverage extensive experience in investment management to lead risk and control initiatives for a global firm. As an industry expert in domestic and international regulations and cross-border regulatory divergences, I advise in matters relating to the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Investment Company Act of 1940, the Exchange Act of 1934, MiFID II, and FCA regulations. Serving as a global industry expert on commission management, MiFID, and regulation 28e, I advise on industry best practices and leveraging commission flows to secure critical research. I advise the Equity and Fixed Income Trade Management Committees and various Board of Directors on best execution and soft dollar strategies. I have developed long-standing strategic relationships with brokers and third-party research providers in procuring critical research on behalf of equity and fixed income investment teams.
