ABOUT KERRI POLLOCK
HR Business Partner responsiblity for our Technical Training (including apprentices) and Network Assets & Investment and Future Networks Directorates, which incorporates a combination of both industrial and professional employees. I am also responsible for our Graduate and Scholarship development programmes to ensure future succession. I am chair of our HR Digitial Strategy in an effort to make continuous improvements in this area, and have recently been project lead for the successful introduction of a new streamlined and more digitised recruitment process. I am involved in the strategic direction of our careers outreach initiatives to promote STEM within schools across NI.
