ABOUT KERRI MCGRATH

Kerri is a senior leader with 15+ years of experience driving the energy transition through business development, strategic partnerships, and capital growth. Known for her practical, execution-focused approach, she has been recognized with the Business in Calgary Leaders Award and as a Top 40 Under 40 (2019) for advancing innovation and commercialization in the global energy sector.She previously served as COO of an industrial services and engineering company, where she helped drive ~450% growth in 2017–2018 before moving into senior leadership roles focused on the energy transition. Her experience includes VP, Strategic Partnerships at Nanos Tech, advancing nanocatalyst technology for cleaner fuels, and President & CEO of International Ultrasonic Technologies (IUT), a cleantech firm commercializing sustainable desulphurization technology with strategic partnerships across North America, Europe, and the Middle East.Her current role is Director, Strategic Partnerships, where she supports the business development activities of Exergy Solutions’ EPFC Division. Exergy distinguishes itself through its engineering-first approach, integrating multidisciplinary expertise across process, mechanical, EI & C, and structural engineering to deliver fit-for-purpose designs. The company specializes in guiding clients from FEED and detailed engineering through to procurement, fabrication, and commissioning, with a focus on de-risking first-of-kind technologies and complex process systems.Exergy’s Innovation Manufacturing Division and Agile Supply Chain/Digital Inventory Solutions enhance project delivery by supporting rapid prototyping, fabrication, and lifecycle part management. Complementing the engineering core, the Innovation Advisory Group provides technical and strategic advisory services to industrial players, innovators, investors, and government agencies.Overall, Exergy Solutions is redefining the EPC landscape by delivering agile, innovation-focused engineering solutions that accelerate the path from concept to commercial deployment.Kerri attended SAIT and MRU.
