ABOUT KERMIT S. CLAYTOR
My career has focused on serving family offices and HNW/UHNW individuals, primarily through the construction and supervision of investor-owned, multi-manager private fund portfolios, originally via Kings Mountain Capital Group which I founded in 1994 and managed through 2011. During that period, I advised individual, high net worth, family office, and institutional investors. Since 2011, Kings Mountain Capital Group has acted on behalf of my family’s Single Family Office. As a Gen2 family member, I assist in all matters of family financial planning and governance. Over the years, I have developed extensive capabilities in sourcing and vetting private investments funds. I perform manager due diligence,(including operations, strategy, and investment principal background investigations); investment policy development; asset allocation; portfolio governance and monitoring; and client/manager relations. Since 2020. I have also focused on direct investments.
