I am a mission-driven healthcare professional committed to expanding access to compassionate, high-quality end-of-life care. At Angel’s Care Hospice, I build and lead strategic partnerships with hospital systems, physicians, case management teams, and community providers to ensure patients and families receive timely hospice support and seamless transitions to comfort-focused care. My work centers on aligning clinical, operational, and community stakeholders to deliver care with dignity, reduce unnecessary utilization, and improve the experience for both patients and those who love them.I bring a strong record of driving growth through relationship-based leadership, market insight, and disciplined execution. Previously with Amgen as a Senior Specialty Pharmaceutical Representative, I collaborated with healthcare providers across northern and western Arizona to improve patient outcomes and expand appropriate use of advanced therapies, including Repatha® and Otezla®. Through data-driven territory strategy, clinical education, and trusted provider engagement, I consistently influenced care decisions while strengthening long-term partnerships across the continuum of care.My leadership foundation includes managing teams of Provider Liaison Specialists, where I led operational improvements, change initiatives, and performance development for multidisciplinary outreach teams. This experience shaped my ability to scale programs, align teams around clear goals, and execute strategies that deliver measurable results while maintaining a patient-first focus.I am deeply passionate about advancing hospice awareness, supporting interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring that every patient has access to care that honors comfort, dignity, and quality of life. I thrive in collaborative leadership roles where strategy meets compassion — building systems of care that truly serve patients, families, and communities.
