Collaborated with eight separate Marketing teams and two Compliance teams to ensure complete and optimal scheduling, reporting and prioritization. Implementing this new process reduced review times by 3-4 days per piece, resulting in decreased time to market across all Marketing materials. •Designed and facilitated lunch and learn training programs for Channel Marketing Managers and Production Managers outlining best practices related to the new Compliance review tool.
