Hi all, my name is Kerilyn Graham and I am the Vice President of Clinic Operations with VibrantCare Rehabilitation overseeing operations for 42 locations across California, Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas. Someone told me recently that I am a clinician\'s clinician and I wear that badge with pride. I strive to balance the highest quality patient care in a sustainable model that provides access and benefit for patients. We\'ve built a true work family!More about me, I am a board certified orthopedic specialist in physical therapy, having practiced in private practice, clinic ownership, management, and not-for-profit hospital based clinics for nearly 12 years. I was the manager of a team that took over a non-profiting clinic of 5 years, turning it into one of the top in the company in 6 months time. I\'ve rebuilt cultures and brought in programs designed to coach and mentor my team from day 1. I have always loved bringing creative solutions to the table and I have never feared working hard.
