When decisions involve culture, performance, leadership dynamics, or sensitive people issues, I step in as a trusted partner to think things through and help move things forward. I’m not the decision maker, but I help leaders slow down, see the full picture, and feel confident they have the right information to make good decisions. Because I’ve already learned a lot of hard lessons and built practical tools and resources along the way, I help teams save time, avoid common missteps, and focus on what actually matters. My role is part advisor, part sounding board, and part hands-on, fractional support, helping leaders get clarity, coach their managers, and handle tough situations in a way that’s thoughtful, practical, and aligned.
