Provide cross-departmental leadership to Onward We Learn’s high school and postsecondary departments and functions to create a seamless programmatic experience for students that focuses on college readiness, access, and success. Collaborate with members of the executive team to ensure the successful execution of both short-term goals and long-term strategic objectives and helps operationalize other programmatic growth.Data, Evaluation, and Reporting*Lead change management efforts and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth transitions and ongoing enhancements in program processes and outcomes.*Conduct regular data reviews and program evaluations to measure impact, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic planning.*Oversee the adoption of best practices for stakeholder management, partnership development, data collection via Onward’s CRM, logistics, service delivery, and productivity.*In collaboration with the Chief Finance and Administration Officer and the Sr. Director of Strategy and Partnerships, support the development of project budgets as needed, ensure programmatic activities align with grant and program budgets, and contribute to grant reporting, particularly around programmatic impact.Organizational Strategy*Provide strategic assistance and oversight for budgeting, staffing, training, space, infrastructure, and system needs for Onward We Learn and high school and postsecondary programs, ensuring continuous quality improvement and maximizing efficiency and effectiveness in carrying out the department\'s mission.*Offer effective and thoughtful leadership by building strong relationships with program directors, students, families, program teams, and all staff at Onward We Learn.*Act as a strategic partner and sounding board to the Chief Program Officer and Executive Team, ensuring alignment between goals, strategies, priorities, and activities.
