ABOUT KERI HILDICK
I am a senior healthcare executive with over a decade of experience building and scaling regulated diagnostics, AI-enabled imaging, and SaaS platforms across the UK, Europe and the United States.I currently serve as Chief Strategy Officer at Perspectum, with enterprise-level responsibility for global strategy, commercialisation, market access, regulatory execution, and portfolio leadership through Series B–C growth. Previously, as Chief Revenue Officer, I founded and scaled Perspectum’s Pharma Solutions business into a global imaging CRO, now supporting more than 85 pharma-sponsored clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas.A defining theme of my career has been translating complex science into reimbursed, scalable healthcare products. I have led US reimbursement strategy securing CPT codes, CMS coverage, and commercial payer adoption across a multi-product diagnostics portfolio, alongside directing global regulatory pathways including FDA 510(k), CE, and UKCA clearances. Over the past decade, I have helped scale Perspectum from an early-stage startup into a global leader in AI-enabled diagnostic imaging, expanding operations across the UK, US, and EU, diversifying into multiple operating models, and growing the organisation from fewer than 20 to more than 200 employees.Alongside my executive role, I serve as Board Chair of an NHS-partnered Community Diagnostic Centre, overseeing governance, operational performance, financial sustainability, and system partnerships. The service delivers diagnostic care to more than patients annually and operates at the interface of NHS, private provision, and innovation adoption. My expertise spans the full healthcare commercialisation lifecycle — from biomarker and imaging innovation through regulatory approval, reimbursement, and real-world clinical adoption. I am particularly passionate about cardio-metabolic disease, precision diagnostics, and building equitable, patient-centred access to innovative care. I am known for working at the intersection of science, regulation, and execution to support leadership teams, boards, and investors in building durable, scalable healthcare platforms.
