A leading staffing agency providing high calibre staff for corporate and sporting promotional events including for Arsenal FC, Champions League, Olympics 2012, Tottenham, Cartier Polo, FCA Group, London Stadium etc. hosted at globally renowned venues including Silverstone, Wembley Stadium, Lords Cricket Ground, and Olympic Stadium- Senior management team member accountable for the strategic direction and leadership of the Coventry head office with 9 full-time employees and staff on the database with a payroll of +400 employees each month- Instigate and lead client meetings to establish requirements, and devise and implement new procedures to ensure events run smoothly, supported by on-site visits to main events to working closely with the client and staff- Generate new business and capitalise on extensive knowledge of the industry to drive account activity with major clients through provision of added value- Compile quotations, invoices, briefing documents and risk assessments and create post-event reports- Select and build new teams for major clients throughout the UK, Northern Ireland & Europe to ensure the successful delivery of solutions, managing diverse teams of up to 350 staff at each event- Maintain a good working relationship with all staff to ensure optimal use of resources for each client- Provide a highly visible presence at multiple events in an on-site management role- Assist clients in the achievement of set budgets by generating cost savings where possible- Ensure compliance with data protection/GDPR, H&S, equality and diversity regulations- Provide cover for the Dubai office including management of daily workloads and client liaison at a senior level
