As a Managing Consultant, I have successfully delivered complex, politically sensitive projects for government and public sector clients, including leading an independent review of national security arrangements. The Fit Note reform for the Joint Work and Health Directorate (DWP), where I led the development of the Strategic Outline Business Case for a national trailblazer project. I also held the role of Stakeholder and Engagement Lead for the National Jobs and Careers Service, I have designed and implemented a comprehensive engagement and communication strategy, navigating politically sensitive environments and delivering outputs to a high standard.In addition to client-facing work, I have spearheaded internal initiatives, including introducing Clarity4D personality profiling as a new business area, designing training material and delivering workshops for internal awareness, and client buy-in. I have positively contributed to professional networks, including setting up the internal CMI working group and being a member of BMT’s coaching cadre, and I am developing staff networks to maximise collaboration across the consultancy.I have also undertaken departmental knowledge sharing, presenting research on the challenges of technology adoption in frontline policing at the Modernising Criminal Justice 2024 conference, producing thought paper (Published on the BMT website), and developing best-practice business case templates to support consistent delivery.I am a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), an active member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC), and am completing my ILM Level 5 coaching qualification. These commitments reflect my passion for professional development, building capability, and embedding a coaching culture alongside delivering outcomes for clients.My work is defined by clarity, influence, and impact — attributes that underpin my contribution as a senior manager and leader.
