Partner with third-party vendors including NAVEX (EthicsPoint) for incident and ethics reporting management, and Medcor Nurse Triage for workplace injury assessments and medical guidance. Monitor claim progress, maintain documentation, facilitate communication between employees, management, insurance carriers, and vendors, and support return-to-work processes to minimize risk while promoting employee well-being.
