With over 20 years of experience in project management within the automotive and wiring harness industry, I bring extensive expertise in successfully leading complex projects. I have solid experience in building and managing sales teams as well as developing customized solutions for major clients. Throughout my career, I have coordinated cross-functional projects, consistently delivering them on time and within budget. My professional background includes managing teams of up to 130 employees and 40 cutting machines, as well as successfully implementing and overseeing challenging IT and wiring harness projects for leading OEMs. In addition, I introduced and successfully integrated innovative educational technologies into the Turkish market. My current focus areas include coordinating SAP implementation projects for ERP systems based on S/4HANA, executing projects using hybrid project management methods, and taking responsibility for requirements and test management within the SAP Cloud ALM system.
