Peace Corps Peru - The Community Economic Development (CED) Project focuses on fostering economic development in rural communities across Peru. CED Volunteers collaborate with local partners, including government entities, women\'s groups, and community organizations, to enhance economic opportunities for vulnerable populations. The program emphasizes capacity building in personal finance, entrepreneurship, and women\'s economic empowerment to promote sustainable economic growth and improve quality of life- Collaborating with local partners to enhance financial management skills among youth and women, co-training in budgeting, and financial planning, and establishing community savings groups- Developing entrepreneurship programs, training youth and high school teachers in business skills and entrepreneurial behaviors- Promoting women’s economic empowerment through personal development workshops and business skills training, supporting income generation and economic security
