At NYXX Cycle and Strength I serve as the first point of contact for members. Upon entrance I handle check-ins, class registrations, or any sales that may happen through Mariana Tek. I create a positive environment through my attitude and behavior, and support both members and coaches with any needs before, during, or after class enhancing the overall experience.Working the front desk at NYXX Cycle and Strength gives me the space to improve on my customer service skills. Greeting members as they walk-in, checking them in for class and managing sales through our POS system. I\'m interacting with them or coaches all shift and doing this allows me to improve on customer interactions ensuring I\'m treating them the best.
