I am energized by every aspect that goes into training - understanding adult learning theories and methods, researching and applying different innovative technologies to enhance the training experience, creating the actual training content, facilitating the training in a classroom and training the trainer, soliciting feedback and actioning it to improve the experience next time, watching learners utilize the training they received and meet production goals, and creating a safe space to fail and ask questions which then allows them to thrive in their role.
