   As an HR Business Partner for Bodycote, I provide strategic and operational HR support across five North American sites within the Surface Technology and TPM divisions. Reporting to the Sr. Human Resources Manager, my role is highly cross-functional, serving as the primary HR point of contact for employees and leaders across operations, shared services, support functions, and corporate teams.I am responsible for building strong business partnerships, driving HR processes, and aligning people strategies with organizational objectives. My scope includes employee relations, performance management, succession planning, workforce development, and compliance with employment laws and company policies. I collaborate closely with management to strengthen engagement, improve workplace culture, and enhance productivity and retention.In addition, I support safety and workers’ compensation initiatives, lead HR investigations, provide coaching and development for managers, and help design and deliver training programs. Leveraging data and HR best practices, I proactively identify gaps, mitigate risks, and implement solutions that support both short- and long-term business needs.Ultimately, my role centers on advocating for employees while driving organizational performance, ensuring that HR practices foster a safe, compliant, and high-performing workplace across all sites.
