I am passionate about serving people in marginalized communities and providing them with opportunities that allow them to feel valued and dignified. I have a BS in Human Services and Nonprofit Studies from Metropolitan State University of Denver, where I learned how to design, implement, and evaluate programs that address social issues and promote human welfare. As the Apprenticeship Program Coordinator at RK, I use my skills in volunteer engagement, event coordination, and skill development to facilitate the recruitment, placement, and retention of apprentices in various trades and industries. I work with a diverse team of mentors, instructors, and partners to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the apprenticeship program and to support the apprentices in their learning and career goals.
