ABOUT KENYON MACMURRAY

I am a People Development Specialist who is passionate about creating and facilitating effective partnerships with the broader business. Using these partnerships, I design, develop and implement integrated development solutions aimed at empowering individuals to achieve both personal and business goals.I am a driven, hard working and experienced professional with nearly ten years of experience working in various HR roles for Discovery Health, where my last role was a Training Specialist. In this role I was responsible for all aspects of staff training; assessing and reviewing existing structures, establishing improvements to be made and devising and implementing whole new programmes in order to improve employee performance and operations. I have previously occupied the positions of Human Capital Manager and Team Leader. Within these roles I played a significant role in the smooth running of daily business operations, providing support and assistance to line managers across a number of aspects of business, from recruitment to administration, ensuring clear communication across all platforms.In other roles, whether with Discovery Health or earlier in my career as a lecturer, tutor and consultant, I have gained an extremely useful array of transferable skills, such as workload management, problem resolution, decision making and interpersonal abilities, in addition to very strong research and analysis skills, that I feel would be of great benefit to any role, bringing an immediate positive impact.
