As the CEO of Starks Educational Consulting, I partner with K-12 school districts across five states to create real change within schools, working with them to address their leadership, classroom, and district needs. With over 25 years of experience as a principal and educational leader, I have a doctorate in educational leadership and extensive training in turnaround leadership. My company is MBE and WBE certified and committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in education.I design and deliver professional development workshops and executive coaching for K-12 school leaders, covering leadership identity, sustainable systems, data-driven decision-making, instructional leadership, and state-specific evaluation tools. I also work one-on-one with school leaders to create a leadership development strategy to improve their school\'s performance and student outcomes.
