In many instances, these products and services utilize technology, including AI. I supply data and perspectives on the \"humans-in-the-loop\" to the creation of ecosystems where people, products, and services work together to achieve shared goals. I advocate for a human-centered design approach to solution development, so that systems address the expectations and needs of users and consumers. My industry and consulting experiences are the intersection of human-centered solution discovery, product management, and user experience. With 20+ years of experience in industry, consulting, and academia, I have held several user experience and strategy roles in companies such as IBM and LexisNexis. I am the CEO and founder of Lean Geeks. My team and I at Lean Geeks use our expertise in applying human-centered systems design to product and service development for clients in the private and public sectors in the following ways: 1.
