With a background in leadership development, operations support, and workforce engagement, I bring both structure and creativity to the work I do.Through a rotational program, I gained hands-on experience supporting projects, coordinating operational processes, and contributing to initiatives that help teams function more thoughtfully and effectively. I enjoy making sense of complex information, connecting dots, and helping ideas move from concept to reality—especially in collaborative, creative environments.My academic foundation in Leadership and Management, alongside a Liberal Arts and Sciences education, shaped how I think: critically, empathetically, and with an appreciation for storytelling, culture, and communication.
