ABOUT KENYA POPE

I’m an equity-centered innovator and ecosystem builder passionate about transforming organizations and communities through strategy, policy, and inclusive leadership development.I partner with high-impact leaders, nonprofits, and public sector teams to turn good intentions into lasting, human-centered change. My work sits at the intersection of equity, strategy, and leadership development — helping organizations build the culture, capacity, and courage needed to create real impact. With a 3.83 GPA in Georgetown University’s Master of Public Management program and honors from Tau Upsilon Alpha (in human service) and Delta Alpha Pi, I bring both rigor and lived experience to the table. I’ve spent my career facilitating hard conversations, supporting marginalized communities, and designing policies and programs that move beyond quick fixes toward long-term systems change. I’m especially drawn to work with leaders ready to go deeper: to lead with more clarity, more humanity, and more accountability. As a Certified Facilitator in Mind-Body Medicine, I know transformation doesn’t happen through buzzwords — it happens when people are willing to do the work. If you’re building something meaningful and want a strategy partner who can help you make it more sustainable and effective, let’s connect.
