About Kenya Brooks

Kenya has over twenty-five years of accounting expertise, a solid track record of exceeding expectations and servant leadership to the team she manages. She graduated from Southern University with a degree in Accounting and moved to Dallas where she started her career with Hunt Realty as a Project Accountant. After spending over a decade with Stream Realty Partners learning the ins and outs of Property Management and Development accounting, Kenya opted for a role in leading the Corporate Accounting team at Stream. Almost ten years ago, she ventured into public accounting and took a position within the Client Accounting Services team at Saville CPAs and Advisors. At Saville, Kenya has been instrumental in leading and developing a team of accountants who constantly morph to fit the needs of our growing clients. Kenya has continued to primarily focus on commercial real estate clients, but she also works within the professional services niche. No matter the industry, the focus is always on being an essential partner to all clients.
