Ken is part of KPMG’s dedicated Rapid Response Team, focused on helping companies through turbulent times. The team’s objective during the current Covid-19 pandemic is to help clients to react and recover with a particular focus on liquidity improvement, stakeholder management and business restructuring. Over the last 25 years, Ken has brought his passion for continuous learning, world travel, and competitive sports to help clients with complex cross-border deals in over 80 countries with combined value exceeding USD 200 billion. Ken has significant transactions experience across a number of sectors including Mining, Technology, Energy, Manufacturing, Food/Beverage, Healthcare/Life Sciences, and Financial Services.
