As the front end for life insurance companies our deals cannot be touched! Our loans are typically at PAR (no Lender Fee) and our fees are very manageable. We can offer 5-year rates in the 4\'s. This may be very helpful for you and your clients since occasionally you may run into some financing opportunities for larger transactions to credit tenants such as CVS or Walgreens. Additionally we offer financing to owners of large commercial, shopping malls, multi-family and industrial properties.Additionally, through ongoing affiliations we are able to provide financing for a wide variety of commercial loan situations including investment properties, mixed use, owner occupied, student housing and many other scenarios including hard money deals.
