Results-oriented Marketer with both client and agency experience. For the past 30 + years, I\'ve had the opportunity to help build the businesses/success of clients in all types of industries, especially B2B including technology, agriculture, healthcare/life sciences, finance, insurance and professional services. Over the years, I\'ve led teams of 100+; held most C-suite positions for medium-sized enterprises; nurtured amazing cultural environments and high performance leadership teams; developed successful talent strategies; led succession planning and management buy-out initiatives; and helped organizations create and develop environmental sustainability programs. I believe in giving back. My current not-for-profit Board appointments include Green Economy Canada and ICOM agencies (global). Past board appointments have included the Waterloo-Wellington Local Health Integration Network (WWLHIN), the Greater Kitchener-Waterloo Chamber of Commerce and the Program Advisory Committee for Conestoga College\'s media and communications programs.
