Works with the FTD team in meeting all goals set by Alabama Power Company. • Supports strategic decision making behind spend to optimize operating budget, including incremental budget increases/reductions and present key findings to leadership team. • Supervises and coaches a team in the implementation of new goals, budgets, and forecasting. • Works with engineers to maintain all statewide fiber construction scheduling. • Assists with budget accruals, projections, and goals. • Manages annual budget of $100+million, approve monthly expenditures, and ensure company resources are optimally allocated amongst the region to maximize profit.
