ABOUT KENTON DULLING

I am passionate about advising on and helping my clients implement HCM and WFM solutions as part of their transformation journey. For the past 26 years I have had the privilege to work with amazing clients across a variety countries such as Canada, Sweden, Norway, France, UK, Hungary, Czechia, Egypt and the Netherlands. Functional areas I have specifically focused on so far include Personnel Management, Organizational Management, Scheduling and Time Management and Travel Management. I have been involved in projects in different roles such as Advisor, Solution Architect, Functional Designer, Configuror, Team Leader and Project Manager. I build strong relationships with my clients and team members, nurturing a team spirit to achieve my client’s goals. Having worked in these different roles, allowed me to not only increase my functional knowledge of the system but also enhance my experience in the integrative aspects of HCM and WFM systems with the work environment, the business processes, user experience, as well as other modules in SAP, SuccessFactors, and WorkForce Software. Having been Project Manager and Team Leader on several projects, increased my knowledge and experience with the planning, administration and delivery of solutions to clients.
