About Kenton Gray

I\'m passionate about tech, user experience and building the best and highly effective development teams. I have successfully built multiple SaaS companies with successful exits (PE and Public/Strategic). Additionally I\'ve acquired and successfully integrated five other software companies. I am also a strategic technical advisor at multiple startups and PE funds. As CTO, I am building P6 Technologies to allow companies to measure the environmental impact of their processes and provide insight to measure and improve their emissions and impact. I lead an incredible distributed, AI first, technology team in US and South America.I co-founded Datagration in 2020 to help solve complex engineering and environmental challenges. To do this we built an incredible technology team and a cloud based data platform and web applications to help engineers focus on what matters to them and handle data processes, integration and analysis. We created a user friendly AI interface allowing anyone to quickly benefit from machine learning. In 2020 we acquired Mosaic and integrated their team and platform into Datagration’s in a matter of months. This enabled our customers to quickly gain insight into their engineering and financial decisions. In 2024 we were acquired by the public company Weatherford International.At iOFFICE we built a SaaS platform for facility management. I built the initial versions and created a talented team to create the leading company for employee and workspace experience. We successfully sold the company in 2018. After acquisition we acquired three companies into the iOFFICE brand. I led technical due diligence and integration of the companies. As CTO I led the technology teams across all three companies of talented developers and technical enthusiasts including front end, back end, dev ops and QA. Together we developed and scaled the iOFFICE family of applications which is used by thousands of the largest companies across the globe, every day. I was able to strike the perfect balance of features with simplicity to allow our users to access what they need quickly and easily.As part of the City of Houston Hackathon I\'ve created a mobile app called Rollout! that allows Houstonians quick access to their recycling and trash pickup schedules as well as reminders and notifications. The app is regularly used by over people.As an active member of the Houston tech community I mentor at Station Houston and enjoy speaking at and participating in various meet-ups and code camps.
