   An active member of the Metropolitan Builders Association since the early 90\'s participating in several neighboring HBA’s and the WBA, I have insight into as well as interest in local politics and have been involved in the MBA’s Government Affairs and Developers Council for close to a decade. It is my belief that it is the responsibility of members to not only champion their own businesses but also the good of the industry. Committee involvement is necessary to our industry to protect our common interests and grow our association.Committees: Government Affairs and the Developers Council, Membership and Education Committees and the Remodelers Council. I am a NAHB ‘Gold Key’ (we have about 6 in the MBA. we need more), religiously attending Business Day in Madison (we must lobby to protect our industry) and proud to be a political donor (give to your candidates thru the builder direct fund).
