A passionate leader with proven experience and problem-solving skills, ready to transform and create positive changes in any public or private enterprise. Kenther has worked in the restaurant industry for 20+ years in roles of increasing responsibility, including tenures as General Manager, District Manager, Director, and V.P. He specializes in franchise operations and asset protection. A motivational leader who values the power of the Team, Kenther leads with vision and accountability, having developed people and strategies to revamp operations, drive growth, maximize productivity, and improve quality by closely working with internal and external stakeholders across multiple brands- including creating asset protection/ risk assessment programs for over 200+ restaurants. He received his associate’s degree from Valencia College and graduated with a bachelor’s in international relations from Rollins College. He is also a Fulbright Scholar with a master’s degree in human rights from the University of York in England. Kenther is currently serving as secretary to the Board of Directors for the Hispanic Heritage Scholarship of Florida.
