We handle Section 1031 tax-deferred exchanges in Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Minnesota, Illinois, South Dakota, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Wisconsin, the entire Midwest, and across the United States. We are one of a small percentage of Qualified Intermediary service businesses that belong to the Federation of Exchange Accommodators.
