I have more than 30 years with Ernst & Young and I am a Partner in the firm\'s Southwest Regional Business Tax Practice. In addition, I serve as the firm’s Telecommunications Tax Sector Leader for the Americas, as well as the Southwest Region’s Technology, Telecommunications & Media Sector Tax Leader. I am also an instructor for internal and external education courses on Telecom taxation and involved with drafting and reviewing tax opinions, technical memoranda and IRS ruling requests.
