About Kent Yuen

Hi, I\'m Kent Yuen. Ever since I can remember I have been fascinated with business and sales. My very first business was in 1st grade, where I sold smashed disposable water bottles and called them “squishibottles”. After I made my first dollar selling a smashed plastic water bottle, I was hooked. I made it a goal to learn anything and everything I could about sales. I\'m currently a Junior at Utah State University majoring in Finance. At Utah State I am involved with many clubs and groups. I am a member of the Finance Club, ProSales, Investment Banking Club, Financial Planning Association, and the Consulting Club.I have proven results in critical thinking and proposals. In my last position with CSL I ran a cost vs benefit analysis and found our top listing client lost the company a year. I found that the labor hours and overhead allotted to the account outweighed the revenue brought in. I created a proposal to raise rates. The proposal was approved and CSL will profit annually because of the rate change. I also have proven results in sales. While working with Young Automotive, I generated over in revenue through prospecting and skilled objection handling. While at CSL I ran seminars and prospected using cold calls and in person visits. Currently at Emergent 3 I have a 70% pitch to demo ratio and have an average 159% quota attainment quarter over quarter.I am confident that I can add value to any conversation and relationship and would love to connect with anyone who is a life long learner!
