He has completed over 350 transactions in real estate totaling nearly $1 Billion in sales and lease values.Prior to joining Colliers International, Mr. Willis worked for Avison Young, one of the world\'s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, representing clients in the buying, selling and leasing of real estate. Prior to his real estate brokerage career, he ran a successful small environmental services business that focused on industrial developments across Houston, implementing erosion control plans and landscape designs and installations for large institutional grade developers.
