   Influence and guide the system assessment of new and future capability in the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Directorate of Engineering. Responsible for delivery of technical recommendations and guidance on all aspects of the system assessment of Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) element hardware and software and internal and external technical communication regarding plans, decisions, and results of those assessments. Most recent focus is on influencing and guiding the use, requirements, design, and development of a high-resolution digital simulation that will be used in conjunction with ground (hardware-in-the-loop) and flight test venues in the assessment of future MDS capabilities.• Responsible as lead analyst for assessing Ground Missile Defense (GMD) capabilities and limitations and regional missile defense interoperability as a part of the BMDS Capabilities Assessment (BCA) Team. Participated in developing materials for key milestones including Mission Data Reviews (MDR) for flight and ground-test events.
