Planned and led the build out of the Provo and the Salt Lake City FTTH GPON network, while maintaining day to day operations in both cites. The network consists of 1,800+ miles of fiber cable and 27 fiber hut/main distribution hubs. In addition, I manage the last mile drop, and QA/QC programs. I also manage operations for one of two national headend within Google Fiber. Lead local operations with a staff of 30.
