Tiber Hudson lawyers have been involved in every major type of debt financing structure including FHA, Ginnie Mae, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, the Federal Home Loan Banks, municipal bond insurance, bank letters of credit, insurance company guarantees and other credit enhancement facilities. This includes short-term “cash-backed” bond financings, “pass-through” financings, “back-to-back” loan financings and many other innovative structures. Many of these have been multiple-tier financings utilizing senior/subordinated and other structures to achieve an optimal securitization of project cash flows. In addition to law, many of Tiber Hudson’s personnel have backgrounds in business and finance and have participated in the development of some of the industry’s state-of-the art securitization structures for pools of unrated, noncredit-enhanced tax-exempt bonds and loans.
