About Kent Lammers

In August of 2019, I became the Managing Director of Business Banking. In this role, I help Great Southern Bank customers by understanding their businesses, and structuring loans and deposit accounts to help them succeed. I assist associates in Southwest Missouri and Northwest Arkansas. Prior to this, I held several positions at Great Southern Bank. I started as a Banking Center Manager, moved into Small Business Lending, and then Commercial Lending. I became Managing Director of Commercial Underwriting before moving into my current role. A favorite aspect of my role is spending time understanding a business and building a custom financial package and then watching them succeed. A close second is working with Great Southern Bank associates, observing their development and then have positive impact on our customers. Our mission statement is \"Building Winning Relationships with Customers, Shareholders, Employees and Communities\". I have been fortunate to witness this happening for over 25 years.
