I am triple Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization - Civil Trial Law, Residential Real Estate Law and Commercial Real Estate Law. Of the licensed attorneys in Texas, only 5 attorneys have achieved this distinction. I also enjoy an AV \"Preeminent\" rating from Martindale-Hubbell\'s Peer Review Ratings. I specialize in real estate and business transactions and disputes, and I strive to provide my clients with practical solutions to their issues, giving honest and candid information and analysis, enabling them to make the best decisions for their organizations. I earned my law degree from the University of Houston Law Center and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M University. I am licensed to practice in all Texas State courts, the Federal Courts of the Southern District and Eastern District of Texas, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. I have practiced before the courts in more than one hundred counties in Texas, numerous state courts of appeals, every federal district court in Texas, the Western District of Oklahoma, and the Southern District of New York. I am also a Certified Mediator through the A.A. White Institute associated with the University of Houston.
