Lead land acquisition efforts to include- Communicate and work closely with land sellers to achieve desired results for both parties - Run financial analyses on prospective deals - Initiating research to determine supply and demand of the current desired markets - Determine who our target buyer is for each potential deal during due diligence - Working with in-house land development, purchasing, construction & sales departments to assemble reports for internal approvals at various stages of the acquisition process Lead the efforts of the Land Team to identify and organize unentitled properties in our primary markets and reach out to the owners of those properties Work with Marketing Department to create presentations and direct mail pieces delivering our “brand” to land owners in our primary markets Meet with industry professionals on a continual basis to establish positive working relationships where value can be added by both parties
