Responsible for managing large scale and complex, multifamily, commercial, retail and mixed use development projects. Current projects include:* The Merc at Moody & Main in Downtown Waltham, MA. A mixed-use residential/retail transit oriented development with 269 residential units and sf of ground floor retail.* The Northland Newton Development (NND), is a 22-acre mixed-use project in Newton, MA. The project will be one of the largest Passive House developments in the US when completed. In addition to Passive House, the site will be LEED ND certified, and all of the residential buildings will be LEED Homes/Multi Family certified. The project will include 800 units of housing, ground floor retail and an historic office renovation in a walkable, pedestrian scaled village setting.
