I am a Consulting Reator. While I have experience assisting buyers and seller throughout San Diego County, my primary concentration is central and north county San Diego. My goal is balance of 50-50 assisting both buyers and sellers, I also train and mentor new agents in the Carmel Valley office from the time they finish Fast Start until they are prepared to perform as a real estate agent on their own, I assist experienced real estate agents to assimalate into the Coldwell Banker family. I assist any real estate agent in the Carmel Valley office who asks for my help with question or unusual terms and/or conditions with a transation.
