   As General Manager, I lead and coordinate the team to ensure all requirements of the business are being met daily. I work closely with the lead mechanic and chief flight insturctor to ensure scheduling is being done effectively and efficiently as to not interrupt school operations. I maintain records in all team systems as well as provide leadership support and direction. I conduct annual performance reviews. I work with all direct reports for individual development plans and manage staffing needs of the business to enure effective training.
